With a lifelong passion for interiors and a background in architecture, Gabriela Sosa brings depth and empathy to every transformative project. Raised around blueprints and building sites, Gabriela's innate sensibility was shaped early by her father's development business. She later honed her craft through formal studies in design, developing a keen eye for how our spaces can either align with or disconnect us from life's pivotal chapters, whether reshaping our identities or embracing the empty nest.
Approaching each client with emotional intelligence and unwavering attention to detail, Gabriela specializes in guiding individuals and couples through redesigns that strike a balance: honoring their past while fully celebrating who they're becoming. Known for her integrity, creative depth, and engaging presence, she fosters lasting relationships built on trust and deep understanding.

THE VOID
After moving to Canada on her own, she saw her parents remain in a house full of memories, but without purpose. Each room represented a stage that had already ended. At the same time, she was navigating her own transition, far from her country, her family, and everything familiar.
That space between what was and what comes next became a mix of nostalgia, disconnection, and searching.
That’s when it became clear: design doesn’t just transform spaces, it shapes how we experience change and the passage of time.

THE MISSION
GSD mission is to guide those going through that same transition: couples or families whose children no longer live at home; to rebuild their home from their new identity.
She helps transform that moment of nostalgia or emptiness into an exciting stage, where luxury is redefined as well-being, connection and authenticity.
GSD wants their clients to discover that redesigning is not erasing the past, but honoring it with more intention.

GSD tool is to turn that emptiness into purpose: design with emotional intention.
Using her experience as an architect and interior designer, I created a process that combines empathy + architecture + soul, to help people reconnect with their homes.
GSD designed a methodology that doesn't start with plans, but with questions: who are you today? What story do you want your home to tell now?
This is how her approach of Next Chapter Luxury Homes was born, where every material, texture and space celebrates both memories and the present.
